Boomtown! is our award winning carrot-based hot sauce. Each batch contains a healthy amount of carrots, garlic, and shallot on top of a base of fresh local habaneros and/or scotch bonnets. The heat from the peppers is tamed by the fermentation with sweet farm-fresh carrots, which also help to kickstart a healthy ferment. This is my personal favorite, everyday go-to sauce. It’s the perfect blend of heat and flavor!
