Our ever-popular Booberry gets its first run through a 1 gallon oak barrel! The barrel time imparted a really nice wine-like characteristic to this sauce, including some more prevalent vanilla and oak notes. It lost a little bit of sweetness, but gained tons of complexity.
Each bottle is hand-numbered and wax-dipped. First of many runs with that barrel and barrel-aging in general!
